Organic waste can processed with the procedure of dry fermentation. The collected organic waste will moved to a fermentation room, what is hermetically denced. Under the roof there are jets mounted, with that the waste material will be sprinkled with process water. The name of this process water is percolat. This percolat is injected with micro organism, which is relevant for the fermentation of the organic waste. While the fermentation organic gas is outcoming, waht can used in combined heat and power plants. This process lates approx. 4 weeks in every line. Mostly, there are a numerous fermenter processes present, thereby a continuous organic gas production is available. After the process water has flown though the organic waste, it comes back to the percolat tank. From the percolat tank the processwater will pumped back to the jets and the cycle is complete.
While these process in the tubes and jets there is increasing a deposit, what makes relavant problems in this production.
The outcome of this procedure is magnesium-ammonium-phospate == stuvite.
For the workers, the cleaning of tubes and jet is not an easy job. Beside of the mechanical cleaning, often there is a flushing with lemon acid or phosphor acid necessary, thereby the line parts are able to use again.
